The Story of TIT-TAR Clinic by Master Karl
From home service sessions on a yoga mat to four branches across the Philippines.
Our Story
Every TIT-TAR Clinic branch traces back to a single portable practice. The clinic began as a home service, with bone setting treatments brought directly to patients in their own homes. As demand grew, one patient insisted on visiting Master Karl’s residence instead. Sessions there were held on a yoga mat, until a portable treatment bed was acquired for patient comfort.
More patients followed. A 30-square-meter room with a single treatment bed came next. With a steadily growing clientele, the founders purchased a 106-square-meter house and lot in San Vicente, Santo Tomas, Batangas. Patients came to know it as the “Blue House,” the clinic’s first official home, where capacity grew to three treatment beds.
From there, growth came quickly: a branch at Lianas Supermarket in Santo Tomas, Batangas in 2023, a Quezon City branch on Kamuning Road in March 2024, a Tagaytay City branch in mid-December 2024, and a Mandaue City, Cebu branch in January 2026. Since 2024, the clinic has also run city tours, serving patients in communities beyond its physical branches.

How We Care for Patients
Bone setting is hands-on work, so we take your condition seriously before we ever begin.
Every booking starts with a pre-assessment: we ask about your concern, your history, and any conditions that need review before a session is confirmed.
Certain cases, such as scoliosis, dislocations, arthritis, and lumbar or cervical spondylosis, are reviewed by the team first.
This is not a formality. It is how we keep sessions appropriate for each patient.
